Photography and Filming Policy

Last updated: 26 July 2026

Photography, video recording and live streaming may take place at some Get In Line events for promotional, archival, reporting or operational purposes.

Notice

Where practical, photography or filming will be identified in event information, signs or an announcement. Wide-angle crowd and background footage may be captured during normal event activity.

Concerns and opt-out requests

Please contact us before the event or speak to an organiser on arrival if you have concerns about appearing in identifiable images. We will take reasonable steps to respect requests, but cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental crowd or background footage.

Children

Additional care will be taken where children are identifiable. Parents or guardians should raise concerns with the organiser and remain responsible for supervising children at the event.

Use by attendees

Attendees must respect other people's privacy, venue rules and reasonable requests not to be photographed or filmed. Recording must not disrupt the event, breach copyright or be used for harassment or unlawful purposes.

Contact

Questions or requests relating to official event images should be sent to contact@getinline.dance.
