This page explains how to make a data protection request concerning information held by Get In Line Dancefloor.

Requests you can make

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction, objection to certain processing or a portable copy of relevant information.

How to make a request

Email contact@getinline.dance and describe the request. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or bookings, but do not send unnecessary identity documents unless requested.

Identity checks

We may ask for reasonable evidence of identity or authority before releasing or changing personal information. This is to protect customers against unauthorised access.

Response times

We will respond within the period required by applicable data protection law. We will tell you if a request is unusually complex, repetitive, excessive or cannot legally be fulfilled.

Complaints

You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office through www.ico.org.uk.
